This tangy, creamy yogurt is a good choice to add to breakfast. It is rich in calcium and protein.

9. Cottage Cheese-

Cheese is a fantastic breakfast. It increases metabolism and decreases the level of hunger hormone (ghrelin).

Therefore, it is correctly said that ‘Do not skip a breakfast; in fact have it like a KING’.
