What does CAP mean?

• The lab inspection is scheduled every two years and the interim period needs the participating lab to report on results of proficiency testing provided by CAP.
• Apart from quality management, it also scrutinizes chemical hygiene plan, document control process, test validations, competency outcomes, etc.
