The Sandwich would have to make a monument. How to make beef with caramelized onion, pear and provolone sandwich

Cut the fillet into strips to make it perpendicular to the fibers of the meat. Remove excess fat if I had it. Mixed with a bit of olive oil, paprika, pepper and Provencal herbs to taste. Let stand.

Cut red onion into very thin julienne strips. Heat a little olive oil in a frying pan, add the onion and add a pinch of salt.
