Alcohol can lower Blood Sugar Levels, but it can be erratic.

One thing my brother loves doing is drinking green tea. This is a great replacement for beverages like pop or juice.

Like everything else, it is important to only drink green tea in moderation. There is some evidence showing that green tea can assist with lowering blood sugar levels. However, nothing has been found statistically significant.

Vinegar is not the cure all for high blood sugar. However, it is definitely worth the try.
