The drink
To prepare the syrup, you need five ingredients, and those are:
4 lemons
An inch of ginger root
2 tablespoon of cinnamon
One serving or 125g of horseradish root
3 tablespoons of honey.
Slice up the horseradish and the ginger root and put them into a blender.

Now add the juice from the lemons and blend for no more than three minutes.
In the end, add honey and cinnamon, and continue to blend until you get a consistent smooth mixture.

Pour the mixture into a glass jar and store it somewhere.
Take one spoon of the syrup twice a day, once before your breakfast, or before lunch, and once before you exercise. You can consume this syrup for three consecutive weeks, after which you need to stop and make a break.
