Dashmularishta: Uses, Benefits, Side Effects & More!

Introduction: 

Dashmularishta is a widely used Ayurvedic tonic prepared using roots of ten different plants, thus the term “dasha”, meaning ten. According to Sarngadhara Samhita (a well-known Ayurvedic textbook), Dashmularishta has the power to restore the body from an inflammatory condition to good health by rebuilding the tissues and revitalising the body. It is thought to be a wonderful tonic for women during prenatal and peri-menopausal phase.1

Osteoarthritis is significantly seen in the older population, and it is regarded as the leading cause of disability among them. Dashmularishta is considered one of the best additions to osteoarthritis therapy to reduce the inflammation and pain caused due to joint inflammation.
