Workout type: AMRAP

Timer setting: Countdown timer

Complete as many rounds as possible in 12 minutes:

10 Wall balls
5 Burpee medicine ball slams
5 Rotational wall slams / side
5 Burpee lateral jumps
10 Medicine ball slams
20 Plank pike jumps
10 Sit up + throw

Bonus: 30 Medicine ball jackknives
