Get rid of Laziness after sleep

Lot of people after waking up from Sleep try to sleep again for a while or keep resting on the bed.So that laziness stop us to do work properly. Some people even waking after an hour of sleep , don't get active so lot of fellows want to get rid of this problem
Some people try different coffe or tea to drive away laziness but it's not effective.
To find solution of that problem we need to find reason of that problem.our body feels lazy after sleep because blood supply in most parts of our body is shortened during sleeping. So even after waking up if blood supply to body is not in proper proportion ,it feels lazy.
Solution is simple we have to correct our supply of blood to the body.
Dont worry  I am not telling a difficult solution, All you have to do is  rotate the thumb of  your  feet 15 times clockwise and 15 15 times anticlock wise. After that rotate your feet 10 times  to 15 times clockwise and anticlockwise. (Do that for both feet of your body).
