Whenever the topic of Pollution comes up, the thought of Thermal Pollution hardly comes to mind. The thought of personal pollution, carbon gas emission, and every other form of pollution is the first thing that comes to mind.

Water absorbs heat from the industrial process, and then this heated water is circulated to a heat exchanger, where the heat is transferred to another fluid or exchanged with the environment.
  • Pipeline Systems- Water can be circulated through pipes in direct contact with equipment or processes to absorb heat.

Deforestation itself is not a direct cause of thermal pollution, but it can contribute indirectly to changes in water temperatures. Thermal pollution primarily refers to the alteration of water temperatures in natural water bodies, such as rivers, lakes, or oceans, due to human activities.
