Pedicure at home

You will need:

A small tub
A few marigold petals
A few lime slices
2 tsp neem juice (Azadirachta indica)
A good cocoa butter cream
A loofah or a foot scraper
Nail cutter, file and buffer.

Add marigold petals, neem juice and a few lime slices to a tub filled with warm water. Now soak your feet right in!
Rub lemon slices on the feet, especially on cuts and cracks. Then gently cleanse Soles and Heels with a foot scraper. Use a loofah on the heels and under the toes to slough off dead cells.
Remove feet from water and wipe clean and dry.
Cut or file nails and buff them to add some shine to your nails.
Moisten hands. With a generous helping of cream, massage the soles and heels of your feet.

If you have dark feet, make a paste of these:

Half cup masoor dal (split red lentil), powdered
Half cup almonds, powdered
Milk for mixing
2 tsp glycerin

Mix all ingredients. Apply paste all over feet and legs. When dry, massage milk all over. Wash off with lukewarm water.

To soften hard skin around the soles of the feet or heels use Vaseline petroleum jelly. Rub Vaseline on the soles or heels of your feet every night before bedtime. Wear cotton socks and wake up the next day with beautiful soft feet that you will fall in love with.
