Aromatic bath soak





Add Essential Oils to your foot soak to relax your feet and your mind. Warm water makes these oils more potent, allowing both mind and body to benefit.

Fill a small tub  with warm water. Add to it 4 drops each of lavender, pine and sandalwood oil and a few rose petals. Soak tired feet in it.

Suffering from sweaty feet or fungal infection between the toes? Add 4 drops each of tea-tree, geranium and lemon grass oil to a tub of hot water.

If your feet sweat a lot and smell, do include barley, parsley, lettuce, celery, cucumber and sunflowet seeds in your diet.

NOTE: IF YOU HAVE ASTHMA OR HAVE A HISTORY OF BREATHING PROBLEMS, DO NOT USE ESSENTIAL OILS UNTIL YOU CONSULT A DOCTOR
