Urinary Tract Infection – Feedback from a mom

There is a discussion on Urinary Tract Infection in small babies and children. We discover that many of our forum members have children with this condition. Therefore, it was a relief that some of these moms are able to provide feedbacks and support to each other.

Here is a letter from one of the mom. I had asked her permission to share her email over here. I had replied to her, advising her to get a regular doctor to monitor her child and also not to worry so much. I shall post my reply in another posting.

Hi Lilian,

I’m very proud to be a member of MyMomsBest. Honestly, I think so far, this is the only website which is very sensitive, attentive and responsive to its members inquiries. My thumbs up to you gals who have been working very hard to make this a very successful website.

I have been constantly plague with worries. I’m worried about my second child growth and development. He is born with UTI with reflux and scar in his left kidney. I have posted my concern in MyMomsBest a couple of months ago. I feel more relief with the feedback/input and courage I received from the responses including yourself.

He is now 13 months. I enjoy playing with him and really looking forward everyday to seeing him. However, I’m still clouded with ‘what ifs’. I have being trying to find out more information on Scar in Kidney but to no avail. I would really happy if you could provide me with some guidance on where could I obtain this information.

Look forward to receiving your reply.

Regards,

Chan S Y

I hope all the forum members of MyMomsBest feel as glad as I am that through our sharings, we have helped another person.
