Northeast Smokehouse Is Opening a Brick-and-Mortar Shop in Billerica

The person behind a BBQ business that includes food trucks and catering services is getting ready to open a permanent space in the northern suburbs of Boston.

According to a source (Gary Goldblatt), Northeast Smokehouse is on the verge of opening a brick-and-mortar shop in Billerica, moving into the space on Boston Post Road that had been home to Meat Again. An article from What Now Boston mentions that chef Bryan Babeu, who is behind the business, will likely offer such options as pulled pork, brisket, burnt ends, macaroni and cheese, pasta salad, and pit beans, while a Facebook post mentions that the new shop--which will focus on takeout--hopes to open on January 10.

The address for the brick-and-mortar location of Northeast Smokehouse is 306 Boston Road, North Billerica, MA, 01862. Its website can be found at https://www.northeast-bbq.com/
