Late last year, it was reported that a restaurant in Boston's Chinatown neighborhood had quietly shut down, and now we have learned that a new dining spot is taking over the space.
According to a poster (Geoff Wong) within the Friends of Boston's Hidden Restaurants Facebook group page, a sign is now up for Fuchunju at the former Gourmet China House space on Beach Street. Based on its name, it appears that the upcoming eatery will also be a Chinese restaurant though there is currently little information on the upcoming space, so stay tuned for any updates that come in.
