Irie Jamaican Style Restaurant Is Apparently Opening a Second Location in Dorchester

A Jamaican dining spot in Dorchester appears to be expanding to another location not too far away.

According to a source, Irie Jamaican Style Restaurant is planning to open on Dorchester Avenue in Fields Corner, and it looks like this will be a second location, joining another on Washington Street on the western edge of the Ashmont neighborhood. A website for the new eatery shows such items as peanut porridge, stewed chicken, jerk beef patties, ribs, wings, curry goat, oxtail, red snapper, sauteed shrimp, lobster tail, chickpeas and curry potato, and macaroni and cheese.

The address for the new location of Irie Jamaican Style Restaurant in Fields Corner is 1450 Dorchester Avenue, Dorchester, MA, 02122. The website for the dining spot can be found at http://www.iriejamaicanstylerestaurant.net/
