A retail store in Jamaica Plain that sells Restaurant supplies, party goods, and more is planning to expand, with its proposal including a restaurant and roof deck above the shop.
According to an article from Universal Hub, BMS Paper Company and Market on Washington Street has submitted plans to the Boston Planning & Development Agency to expand its 2 1/2-story building to six floors which would include residential units while also adding a dining spot on the second floor above the store, along with a roof deck above the restaurant. Based on information within the project notification form, the dining spot would be a moderately-priced neighborhood restaurant while the roof deck would be a seasonal space.
BMS Paper Company and Market first started out in 1984.
