This month, we introduce you to Sajid Khan, a Commercial Property Solicitor from our Conveyancing Team in Birmingham.

In the article below, you will have the chance to get to know a little more about Sajid’s role at Wildings as well as his interests and hobbies.

• Describe your role at Wildings

I am a solicitor within the Commercial Property Team. I deal with all aspects of commercial conveyancing including Landlord and Tenant Work, Purchase and Sale, Leases and Licences, Development Work.

• Which areas of law do you specialise in?

I deal with all aspects of residential and commercial conveyancing. The Conveyancing team at Wildings Solicitors have helped clients from all over the West Midlands with buying and selling both commercial and residential properties.

• What is the most satisfying aspect of your job?

The most satisfying part of my role is adding value to client’s businesses through the advice I give or through negotiating better terms for a client in the course of a transaction. I also find it satisfying when the clients feel they have been provided with a high-quality service.

• What is the proudest moment of your career so far?

My proudest moment has to be qualifying as a solicitor back in 2003 but other than that having worked on public sector projects such as academy conversions.

• What do you like to do in your spare time?

I have 3 young kids and a lot of my time is therefore devoted to my family outside of work, other than that I enjoy watching and playing sport, cinema and eating out.
