Google search engine is one of the best Search engines to find the solution to each and every problem. Google has become one of the biggest books for the learner. Anyone can learn anything by searching on Google. There is no need for teachers to learn on any subject. Each and everyone is aware of Google search, but many of them don’t know how to search to get the required results. They keep on glancing at pages to get the required result.

But there are some tags which can be used to search the result within no time.

List of tags to search on Google:

allinanchor:, allintext:, allintitle:, allinurl:,  filetype:

Let’s see how to use of these tags one by one:

1. allinanchor: If you start your search text with allinanchor: Google restricts results to pages containing all query terms you specify in the anchor text on links to the page.

Eg. [ allinanchor: best places India ] will return only pages in which the anchor text on links to the pages contain the words “best,” “places,” and “India.”

2. allintext: If you start your search text with allintext: Google restricts results to those containing all the query terms you specify in the text of the page.

Eg. [ allintext: best places Mumbai ] will return only pages in which the words “best,” “places,” and “Mumbai” appear in the text of the page.

3. allintitle: If you start your query with allintitle:, Google restricts results to those containing all the query terms you specify in the title.

Eg.  [ allintitle: gateway of India ] will return only documents that contain the words “gateway”, “of” and “India” in the title.

4. allinurl: If you start your query with allinurl:, Google restricts results to those containing all the query terms you specify in the URL.

Eg. [ allinurl: google faq ] will return only documents that contain the words “google” and “faq” in the URL, such as “www.google.com/help/faq.html”.

5. filetype: If you include filetype:suffix in your query, Google will restrict the results to pages whose names end in the suffix.

Eg. [ java filetype:pdf ] will return Adobe Acrobat pdf files that match the terms “java”.

Note: you can enter filetype as doc, ppt, Xls, pdf etc.
