How to cancel Sim card under your Iqama in Saudi Arabia online

1. Procedure to cancel a Sim card in Saudi Arabia by Helpline, which is not own by you, or not in use :

Call the helpline of the Telecom service provider and register a complaint, that you want to cancel a sim card which is under your iqama. This is the easiest one, and works most of the time. Here is the list of the service providers helpline numbers.

* STC : 900 or 011-4555555

* Mobily : 1100 or 0560101100

* Zain : 959 or 0590000959

* Friendi : 166000 or 0571166000

* Virgin Mobile : 1789

2. Procedure to cancel a Sim card in Saudi Arabia by visiting the service provider office :

- Visit the nearest service provider office and raise a complaint to cancel a sim card registered on your iqama, which is not own by you, or not in use.

* Locate nearest STC Store

* Locate nearest Mobily Store

* Locate nearest Zain store

 3. Procedure to cancel a Sim card online by raising a complaint with CST (Communications Space and Technology Commission) :

- If your issue of canceling a sim card or any other did not resolve from the above two methods within 5 days, you can directly complaint to CST (earlier CITC), by fetching the reference number, which was given by the, to do this follow the below procedure.

1. Visit Mutasil service

2. Scrolldown the page and click on "Individuals"

3. In the next page, Click "Start Service", from the top right side.

4. It will take you to the Nafath page, enter your iqama number in it and click Login.

5. Open the Nafath app and approve the request from your mobile.

6. If your details are not updated in CITC website, it will ask you to enter your Email, Confirm Email and Contact Number.

7. Enter all the details, verify the OTP received on your number.

8. On the next page, select the Service Provider cellular company.

9. Was the ticket given to the service provider? Select Yes.

11. Type of Client, select Individual.

12. Select your Mobile number.

13. Enter the ticket number received from the mobile company.

14. Choose the type of ticket.

15. Describe the details of the service.
