An Arab expatriate in Saudi Arabia arrested for forging University certificate for work


Forgery of a university degree certificate got an Arab expatriate in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to a year in prison as per the ruling of a Saudi court. Follow Saudi Expatriates on X



The Saudi Public Prosecution said in a statement that an Arab expat was found guilty of infringing the crime law for forgery.

- After looking into it, the Public Prosecution's Crimes against Public Trust unit found that the accused faked a University Certificate in order to get a professional license to do engineering work in the Kingdom.

- The investigation on him revealed that he carried out this crime of Forging University Certificate with the intention of obtaining a professional license in order to practice the work in Saudi Arabia. Recommended video : Saudi Arabia sets to open its first liquor store in Riyadh

- He made up a qualification in civil engineering and said it came from a university in his own country.

- The Arab citizen who lived abroad was arrested and taken to the right court, which found him guilty.

- The Public Prosecution stated that anyone trying to change any documents would be charged with a crime in the country. See Also :
