Steps to perform Umrah on a Family Visit Visa in Saudi Arabia
The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah (MOHU) in Saudi Arabia clarified the steps to be able to perform Umrah on a Family Visit Visa and to obtain an Umrah permit through Nusuk application. Trending : Saudi Airlines offers 50% discount on its all international flights
The Ministry through its official X (Twitter) handle said that, "A family Visit Visa can be obtained through a relative residing in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia" stating that, only a legal Saudi resident expat or a Citizen can apply for a family visit visa on behalf of the visitor.
- The MOHU added that, Family visit visa can be obtained from the Unified National Platform of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs through "visa.mofa.gov.sa". Related : Procedure to apply family visit visa online
- Before heading to the Makkah Grand Mosque to perform Umrah pilgrimage, please make sure to book an Umrah permit via Nusuk or Tawakkalna applications.
Procedure to Obtain an Umrah Permit through Nusuk App :
1. Login to Nusuk application or Create an account with New User in it.
2. Select "Umrah" in the "Holy Mosque Services".
3. Identify Individuals.
4. Select the desired or available dates.

6. Read and accept the instructions.
7. Press Continue.
8. Now you have obtained the Umrah permit, May Allah grant you a blessed Umrah Journey. Read : Check visa stamping status using your passport number
