Riyadh's Friendly Settlement Department ended lawsuit against 67 workers of Arab and Asian nationalities


The Friendly Settlement Department of the Riyadh Labor Office under the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development managed to end a class action suit for resolution, consisting of 67 workers of Arab and East Asian nationalities. Download Saudi Expatriates app from Play Store







The Director General of the Branch of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development in Riyadh, Dr. Mohammed bin Abdullah Al-Harbi said that the settlement of 45 workers was based on the continuation of the labor relationship and obligating the employer to hand over the worker's work contracts. - While the 22 workers terminated the labor relationship with the receipt of their financial dues and the issuance of final exit visa to them, including their travel tickets.

- Al-Harabi stated that the amicable settlement deals with disputes related to work contracts, salaries, work injuries and others resulting from dismissal from work and any disputes arising from the application of the work system and its regulations.
