Foreign Universities can now Set up its Branches in Saudi Arabia
Saudi Arabia's new law to allow foreign universities to set up its branches in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia as per the cabinet approved decision as per the statement of Education Minister.
The new system will allow foreign universities to open its branches in Saudi Arabia in accordance to specific regulations in order to boost the competitiveness to raise efficiency of the university education.
- The qualitative leap as per the minister will ensure the branches will remain in line with the general policies of the Kingdom, but still maintain their independence.
- Each university will have board of trustees, as well international consultative councils to help them make decisions in regards to policies and curriculum.
