I couldn’t imagine myself in the Sales profession as in childhood I was very reserved and was not confident enough to share my views with others. My childhood was quite challenging as my father breathed his last when I was quite young and then my mother took care of me. Due to the challenges that my Family was facing in those days, I started earning right from the early age of 18. With no option left, I did my graduation as well as post-graduation from distance learning so as to support my family with my earnings and grow in career.
At a quite young age, I started finding a job and got it in the Sales profession to survive and earn my bread & butter. In 2008, I started my career as a sales executive at a call center. Later after acquiring some skills, I joined a B2B company as a business development executive, worked there for 5 challenging but quite healthy years.
One of my friends from the previous organization referred me to Tradeindia.com for the branch manager position, here I was interviewed by HR Head and Bikky Sir. This happened in 2014 and at that time I had no clue that the company will provide me such a plethora of opportunities to learn, grow and excel in my field. The starting few years of my journey were full of challenges as I had to build my own team, train professionals and prove my excellence in Telesales. But with the support of my mentors as well as team members, I took the challenges well and proudly conquered them.
