Let me tell you about my journey with Tradeindia. I am a guy who came to New Delhi from a small town with big dreams, I always wanted to be associated with an organization where I could enhance and sharpen my potentials to achieve success and learn fair work values. With the grace of God, I received an opportunity which tremendously changed the path of my life, this came when I met Mr. Bikky Khosla in the year 2016. I found him a protagonist, whose ethics and business ideas have immensely changed the internet business. He always believes in finding solutions and motivates everyone with smart approaches.

Right from the time I started working with Tradeindia, I have never looked back and have climbed up the ladder of success. I feel blessed to have an association with Mr. Khosla, Mr. Sandeep, Mr. Zille Elahi & Mr. Vishal Grover, who are my mentors and encourage me regularly to perform better.

For more than two years, I have been diligently working under the mentorship of my seniors. I joined the company as a manager of one sales branch and today, I’m handling five sales branches and also client servicing work as a Business Head.

The best thing of being a part of Tradeindia is that whenever I come up with innovative ideas for enhancing the business, all my seniors appreciate and immediately discuss them. They also try to implement the suggested changes in the best possible ways. During my journey, here at Tradeindia, I have proudly represented the company in many seminars and motivational management sessions.

Here, all the higher management personnel are highly interactive with the employees, they give comfort, boost confidence and provide the best support system to everyone. I personally think that Google shows the best result about any company and Tradeindia’s reviews on Google are exceptionally well.

In my opinion, Tradeindia always provides an excellent platform to the individuals, who truly believe in hard work and aim to transform their dreams into reality. Those individuals who have a passion for learning and growing have always attained growth in their career with Tradeindia.

Another excellent quality that I have observed in the work culture of Tradeindia is that it regularly provides learning opportunities. Here, all the teams support each other and help in enhancing the knowledge of several fields, this is something, which is hard to find in any other workplace.
