It was the winters of 2001, when I came to Delhi from my home town- Allahabad. When I came to this capital city, everyone in the Family criticized me, as I belong to a family which is into Government services and they wanted me to make career in one such field. But, I was confident of my decision, I had that passion for sales. I wanted to be a bridge between a prominent company and its customers, and Tradeindia offered me the opportunity. I proved my skills in just a few months of joining, my efforts were truly recognized by the company and within three months, I was promoted by company from a Sales Executive to a Team Leader.

In the starting of my career, somewhere I read that, “Sales is not a sprint but a marathon, you have to stay motivated to have the stamina to win.” This quote inspires me everyday, with a smile on my face, belief in abilities and positive attitude, I start my day and end it up with positive results. And I pass on the same motivation to my team members.

Tradeindia has always appreciated my hard work and this is the reason that I have been working with this company from almost past two long decades. Every day, I have learned new things from my helpful colleagues as well as seniors here. Whenever I felt down, I was well motivated by Zille Sir, Bikky Sir, Vishal Sir and Micky Sir. I am also thankful to Arvind Sir and Sandip Sir for their continuous support in my growth.

In my journey, the India’s most trusted B2B company has enabled me to create by own identity. I started my career with tradeindia as a Sales Executive and today as a Branch Head, I handle a team of over 60 passionate personnel. I look after three branches of the company and bring sales from the entire National Capital Region. Recognizing my talent and dedication, the company has given me many benefits which includes many early appraisals, heavy incentives and an opportunity of representing the company in tradefairs, conducted in Germany & Dubai.

I’m thankful to the company, which is more than a family to me now. It has been a pleasure working with tradeindia and I’m looking forward to make more memories here.
