- Possible leeway to be able to renovate the property
- A condo in Pattaya with great sea views
At your price range my first priority would be to maximise the future re-sale value of you Pattaya condo. You can leverage this by buying Condos in Pattaya only in a quality project, quality location and permanent sea views. So forget renovation jobs, best buy a quality Pattaya condo in my opinion.
We can take 2 of Nigel Cornick’s past 2 projects Northshore and Northpoint as perfect examples. Approximately 10+ years old and currently re-selling at around 150,000THB – 220,000THB+ per Sq.m. (Surely Southpoint will also be the same). While re-sale prices for many newer condo projects in Pattaya can be approximately 25% below or at best just slightly over the original purchase price. This is all to do with build quality, reputation & location.
