Halloween events in Horsham and Sussex

There is so much going on in Sussex for the night of fright! We’ve collated some spook-tacular attractions for you to choose from to get you in the scary spirit! Which one takes your fancy?

Shriek Week at Drusillas Park in East Sussex

From Saturday 21st October to Sunday 29th October the park will play host to a range of eerie events. Discover the creepy corridors of the Haunted Heights castle and keep an eye out for the sin sisters, Hocus and Pocus! Locate the ancient missing mummy from the tomb as you creep through Eden’s Eye maze and meet the mini monsters at the creepy crawly animal enclosures.

To top it off, the one and only Scooby-doo will be making an appearance on Wednesday 25th October.

Spring Barn Farm Park

Why not get on down to the Farm for some spooktacular fun this year and try something a little different that’s fun for all the family?

Scream Barn Farm will be open on Saturday 14th and 15th October, then throughout half-term from Saturday 21st to Sunday 29th October. The Halloween tickets include entrance fees to the farm as well as their cauldron quests, witchy walkway, circus squeeze, terrible tattoo parlour and the pick a pumpkin patch. Meet the farm’s real witches and discover their popular maize maze and quiz. You can pre book tickets on their website.

Halloween Hauntings at Fisher’s Farm

It’s all happening at the award-winning Fishers Farm Park this October half term!

Suited for children aged 2-11 years, head down to Fishers farm with your mini monsters. The event promises to be frightfully fun and includes Winnie the Witch’s ‘Trick or Treat Trail’, the ‘Gory-ent Express’, ‘Ghost Train Ride’ and a spell-binding live ‘Spook Show’.

Halloween Spookerama – Wey and Arun Canal

Enjoy a spooky Wey and Arun Canal trip on 31st October. There will be a scary trip for the youngsters at 4:30pm and a much scarier one at 7pm. Brave souls boarding the boat should come dressed for the occasion. Prices are £9pp at 4:30pm and £14 for adults and £10 for children (under 18) on the 7pm haunted trip.

Kids Halloween Party

Head down to North Heath Hall on the 26th October for a spook-tacular kids Halloween party. Children of all ages are welcome and the party will run from 17:00-18:30pm. Get involved in some halloween themed games, compete in the best-dressed competition, there will be a spooky disco, prizes, party food and goody bags. Tickets are only £7 each. Call 07872499161.
