How To: Recover From Google Panda and Penguin Penalty

For the past few weeks, I was facing some big problems regarding my blog. Yes! the reason was Google's panda update. All my blog links got dropped from Google's search results.
Normally, My blog articles gets good position in Google's search index, But after panda update, My blog got penalised for some unknown reasons.
That was the reason for being offline for some weeks, But somehow I managed to recover my blog's position in Google's search index by sending a reconsideration request to google via google webmaster tool.

Are you a victim of Google's panda update?
If you are a victim of Google's panda update, I will tell you the procedure to file a reconsideration request and some tips for bloggers who want to get safe from Panda.
I've learned some common reasons and simple mistakes which many of the bloggers still follow on their blogs. Those small mistakes will lead to removal of your blog from Google's search index.

What Should We Care While Blogging?
There's a saying 'People learns from mistakes..' its very true for me, I've learned from my mistakes. Here are some of those mistakes..
Stop Writing Short Articles Which Are Targeted To Adsense Clicks
I'm a very lazy person, And I always hesitate to write long blog articles. And I believe that reading long articles makes readers bored. Everyone needs a quick answer in a short paragraphs of instructions.
But Google thinks the opposite way. They thinks that long articles are good in quality.
So, Try to explain your articles in depth. And if you are posting some quick information, Try to avoid adsense ads.
Avoid Link Cloaking
Link Cloaking is a common method used by bloggers across the globe to hide the long Affiliate URLs to a short one with the help of some url shortening services or by using their own blog links.
Google hate this method, So try to use the original full length url while blogging about any affiliate products or services.
Don't Include Too Much Links In Your Articles
Traditional way of blogging teaches us to promote our old blog articles by adding those links to some related keywords while posting a new article. I won't ask you to stop it completely, But to reduce it to 1 or 2 links. And avoid repetition of the same link in multiple keywords.
Stop Using Too Much Of Ads
Its a dream of all bloggers like me to make some quick money. So we try to include more ads for increasing our revenues, But google treats this as a bad kama. So try to reduce ads on your blog. And don't use infolink ads, It won't make you much richer. But it will effect you blog badly, It makes readers irritated.
Use Nofollow For External Links
Using nofollow tag while linking to an external website will help you in many ways. nofollow tag tell the google bot, That the blog has no direct relationship with the link that has been mentioned.
example for a nofollow link:
<a href='http://google.com/news' rel='nofollow'>Google News</a>
Avoid Using Link Exchanges
Link exchanging between blogs are a vastly seen in the blogosphere. I recommend you to avoid two way link exchanges. Two way link exchanges will not increase your blog rankings.

You just read what I had learned in the past few weeks.. :)
Now I'll tell you on sending a reconsideration letter to Google
