The Smok Novo Master Box is one of two new additions to the classic Novo pod kit range.

The range originally began life as super simple to use pod kits such as the original Novo and Novo 2. However they started to get a bit more techy with the Novo 5 and Novo Pro.

So I am pleased to see that the Novo Master Box has returned to much simpler times!

It may be simple but still has plenty of features…

Firstly you get a 1000mAh battery which is charged at a 1.4A charge rate using the USB Type C port.

Output wise it is stated as “30W Max”, which is decided by the mod according to which pod you use.

On top of that if you want a bit of a boost – a boost mode is available to give more power!

An LED indicator is provided to display the battery charge remaining and any fault conditions.

You can keep things simple by just inhaling on the mouthpiece and letting the auto draw system fire the device for you, or press the fire button manually.

An airflow slider is mounted on the side to adjust the airflow to your preference.

When it comes to pods this is compatible with the original Novo fixed coil pods, plus those used on the Novo 2 and Novo 2X.

You have 3 pod options – 0.8ohm Meshed (included), 0.6ohm Meshed (included) and 1ohm Meshed which is available separately.

The pod will hold up to 2ml of your own e-liquid and the fill port is accessed by snapping off the mouthpiece.

There are 13 colours to choose from in 2 series:

Leather Series: Matte Black, White, Black Gun Metal, Cyan, Pale Pink, Purple Pink and Cyan Blue.

Regular Series: Red Black, Green Black, Pink Black, Silver Laser, Silver Carbon Fibre and Black Carbon Fibre.
