The Vaporesso Luxe X caught my eye back in May at the Vaper Expo 2022.

This is a new addition to the Luxe family – with previous members including the Luxe 80, Luxe Q, Luxe S and Luxe Nano.

What Is New For The Vaporesso Luxe X?

On the surface this appears to be a standard Pod Kit setup but it comes with a few clever touches.

This has fixed coil pods – meaning the pods are refillable but you dispose of them when the coil performance has deteriorated over time.

Inside the pod is the new Corex technology which consists of a Morph-Mesh coil structure with Cumulus Cotton wicking. Plus the Sss Leak Resistant technology will help prevent leaks.

There are 2 pod resistances available and you get both in the kit, 0.4ohm for DTL (Direct To Lung) vapers and 0.8ohm for MTL (Mouth To Lung) vapers. We tell you what this means in our Guide To Vape Styles.

The device has a 1500mAh battery which is charged using the USB Type C port at up to 1.5A charge rate.

Output wise the AXON chip will select the output automatically according to the pod installed, up to a maximum of 40W.

There are 3 LED indicators on the clear body to keep you informed of device status.

I am not sure if this is draw or button activated, but there is a button on the device which can be locked if required.

Despite having plenty of technology this looks pretty simple to use for a starter vaper.
