It is with heavy hearts and deep sadness that we mourn the loss of our friend and fellow REALTORreg;, Courtney Phelps. Courtney was a team player, a top producer, and most importantly, a kind and generous person. He will be greatly missed by everyone who knew him. Courtney lived his life to the fullest. He attended several different colleges, including a university in Thailand, before graduating with his bachelors and masters degrees from the University of Texas at Austin. Courtney began his real estate career in the Austin area in 2002 as an onsite sales representative for the high-end Spanish Oaks community. He quickly became a top producing agent throughout the Austin area. Courtney joined the REILLY, REALTORSreg; team in 2009 and has been a cornerstone of our companyrsquo;s growth. He has earned nearly every designation a real estate agent can achieve, including Certified Negotiation Expert, Certified Luxury Homes Marketing Specialist, and his associate brokerrsquo;s license. He was also awarded the prestigious Platinum Top 50 REALTORreg; award in 2015. Courtney was always willing to share his knowledge with fellow REALTORSreg; as a mentor and friend. Most importantly, Courtney was an amazing husband to his wife, Tiffany, and father to their young children, Bryson (age 5) and Brooklyn (age 2).
