It's important to enjoy the rest of your summer relaxing, with no last minute and stressful school shopping!
Don't Miss Out On Tax-Free Weekend!
Mark your calendars and don’t miss Tax-Free Weekend on August 7th-9th. Each year, Tax-Free weekend allows shoppers to buy items for the upcoming school year without having to worry about paying sales tax! The sales tax exemption applies to most clothing, footwear, backpacks and school supplies that are under $100 (per item). You can save around $8 for every $100 spent and you don't need to give the seller an exemption certificate to buy qualifying items that are tax-free. Now that's a great deal you won't want to miss out on! Make sure you shop during the tax-free weekend and not before or after. Get in your cars and get to your favorite stores quickly so that supplies won't run out!

With a lot of uncertainties about bringing your children back to school, it can be difficult to figure out what school supplies will be needed for their academic school year. If you're on a tight budget this year for school supplies, there's nothing wrong with reusing supplies from the previous year, such as notebooks, binders, pencil bags, etc. Even if you choose to do online learning, buying backpacks and lunch boxes can make their school experience feel normal and more exciting, even while at home. Also, don't forget about Tax-Free Weekend coming up this August 7th-9th!
Due to COVID-19, please note that some schools have not yet released this school year’s updated list at the time of publishing and we will make updates as we see them being released by the school districts. Please leave a comment with any questions, or if you see there is an update we have not yet made!
