NexxSurf is going on a 50/50 cashout rule, just like GladiatorSurf II. However, doing this at this point may be fatal for the program as we've seen in GladiatorSurf I.

Other changes include,

- 72hr Fast-track payment (not including weekends) for a 5% fee but those current pendings do not qualify. (Another nail in the coffin.)

- Tiered Referral System allows those with $5-$3,500 a 5% referral commission and those with $3,501-$6,000 will receive an 11% commission.

We understand communication is the key and we have not had to be as vocal about our system until we became aware of the fraudulent and dishonest members among us. Therefore we come to you with our new, exciting, and enhanced business strategy.

We know there are many relevant questions and concerns you have, such as pending payouts, security of funds and your long term success with NexxSurf. We would like to introduce many new features that we have installed and want to make sure you understand the reasons for implementing them. Our first new attribute is express payouts. If you wish to have your payout within seventy-two hours, not including weekends, express pay is the answer for you. For only 5% of your total payout you can benefit from this expeditious feature. This attribute however easily attainable and affordable is only for new upgrades. Although this is not available to those with a current pending payout it will be available for your next upgrade.

Our current referral commission has been improved to a new and improved tiered referral structure. This new Tiered Referral system allows those with $5-$3,500 a 5% referral commission and those with $3,501-$6,000 will receive an 11% commission. The old structure allowed every account including the false and bogus accounts to be equally rewarded with the same amount of commission which was 11%. The preceding structure allowed those phony and counterfeit accounts to steal future attainable funds from those legitimate participants. The new system will instill the trust that you have always had in NexxSurf and that those loyal members who received 11% will continue to earn their share.

Our third and final modification ensures the future of your advertising dollars in NexxSurf. In order to receive your current upgrades you must purchase at least 50% of your advertising member level. For example, let’s say you have a pending $1000 upgrade purchase. You must purchase at least $500 worth of add units before you will receive your pending cash out. We used our expertise and conversed with other leaders in the industry and have decided this is the only way this business model can survive. This is just another step we’re taking to ensure a long-term business plan.

NexxSurf believes and understands that it is more expensive to find new loyal members than it is to keep those that already exist.
