We were invited to experience Cantonese Dining at its best at Yum Sing House in the Melbourne CBD. Head Chef Aiven Lee is working wonders in the kitchen with a string of hit dishes. This restaurant has an attractive vibe in celebrating 1960’s Hong Kong, including films projected on the wall.
