YOU CAN, and that’s exactly what Annie Gibbons and Gretchen Zelek are sharing with the world.

They both have a passion for fitness, and a friendship that blossomed over twenty years. Annie and Gretchen are both functional aging specialists, which is a fitness industry expert who works specifically with older clients. It was clear from early on that both men and women who were aging needed to celebrate life and any and all achievements. So many people are changing industries later in the game, and it’s time we take the topic of aging from a negative and turn it into a positive–embrace it and celebrate life!
