One of the most annoying things is that the Model 3 Standard Range Plus doesn’t even has HomeLink included. :( How can a 45K+ futuristic car does not have a garage door opener included? I went to Tesla’s website, found out that I can add HomeLink as option, but it costs $300! I think this is over charge for such a simple product. I found a brand called Tailwind iQ3, it is less than $80, but it can automatically open/close your garage door. It is very similar to the Tesla Model 3 HomeLink feature. You will never need to leave your garage door open again.

Another thing I don’t like the Tesla Model 3 is, it doesn’t come with floor mats. So I went to amazon and bought this ToughPro all-weather floor mats. It is under $100 and it is made in USA. The mats are cut perfectly for the Model 3 & fit nicely on top of the existing floor mats. They’re low maintenance & easy to clean.

CarGuys Super Cleaner is one of the best all-purpose cleaners. It is the best selling item in amazon. It works great for the Model 3 interior. It can clean pretty much any surface except glass. You can use it on the dash, seats, steering wheel, middle console - almost anything inside the Model 3. It also comes with its own microfiber towel.

I upgraded my Model 3 with 19” wheels, it looks very cool with the white paint, however, it is very easy to get curb rash while you are parking on the street. This Dupli-color touch up paint will come in handy. The color is called Metallic Switchblade Silver and it matches the rim color almost perfectly. It’s not a complete 100% fix for curb rash but it does make it look way less noticeable just by putting some of it on. I hope curb rash never happens to you but if it does, this will help big time.

My iPhone supports wireless charging, however, everytime I get into the car, I have to look for a charging cable. Why such an advanced Tesla Model 3 does not support wireless charging? This charging mat will come in handy. It comes with a USB splitter, which allow you to do wireless charging as well as recording videos on dashcam and sharing music. It is super easy to install. It uses high quality material with anti-slip finish. It looks like it is OEM part from Tesla.

The last thing is really optional, it is really based on personal preference. It is a Tempered Glass Screen Protector. It keeps the center control touch screen clean and protect it from being scratched. Check it out if you need one.
