Building self-Confidence is something nearly everybody wants to do. Everyone wishes they felt a little better about themselves, stood a little taller, and had the charisma that naturally comes with self-confidence.

You have to prove to yourself that you’re good enough, and you do this by setting and achieving goals.
Simple as that.
Whether the goal is to lose 5 pounds at the gym, or to learn something new, set your sights on something and ATTACK it. With every goal you hit, you’re proving to yourself that you can do what you set out to do. That you’re worth something in your own eyes.
You have to challenge yourself. Find something that you’ve been putting off, a task that seems daunting, and get it done. Start going to the gym regularly. Start eating right. Take the first steps to building your dreams. Whatever it is, just GET STARTED and see it through to the end.
Keep Setting goals for yourself, keep challenging yourself, and soon enough you won’t even be able to recognize the old you.
