THEFT

• 5-1-23, 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM, 300 block of Monterey. Suspect(s) pry open victim’s mailbox and take loss. LOSS: Mail.

• 5-2-23, 2:36 PM, 1100 block of Fair Oaks (Vons). Suspect Takes Loss and leaves store without paying. LOSS: Unknown.

• 4-29-23, 12:00 AM to 4-30-23, 10:00 AM, 1600 block of Meridian. Suspect takes victim’s unattended loss. LOSS: Keys, phone.

• 5-4-23, 2:40 PM to 2:50 PM, 300 block of Monterey (Foremost Liquor). Suspect takes loss and leaves store without paying. Store employee confronts suspect and suspect returns loss. SUSPECT DESCRIPTION: Male, Hispanic, 30s, 5’05’’, 160 lbs., tattoo on back of neck, wearing a cap, silver hooded sweatshirt, gray sweatpants, sneakers. SUSPECT VEHICLE DESCRIPTION: Older model white Nissan or Toyota sedan. LOSS: Alcohol.

• 5-4-23, 6:55 PM to 7:00 PM, 1200 block of Fair Oaks (Pavilions). Suspect takes loss and leaves store without paying. LOSS: Unknown.

• 5-3-23, 5:17 PM, 1900 block of Illinois. Suspect takes loss from victim’s front porch. SUSPECT DESCRIPTION: Male, Hispanic, short black hair, wearing jeans, black shirt, black sneakers. SUSPECT VEHICLE DESCRIPTION: SUV. LOSS: Parcel packages.

• 5-6-23, 4:35 PM to 4:40 PM, 1100 block of Fair Oaks (Vons). Suspects distract victim by asking questions about products and take loss from victim’s purse. SUSPECT DESCRIPTION: S1Male, Hispanic. S2Male, Hispanic. S3Male, Hispanic. S4Female, Hispanic. LOSS: Wallet.

• 5-7-23, 6:35 AM to 6:38 AM, 1400 block of Bank. ’06 Toyota Tacoma. Suspect cuts and remove loss from victim’s vehicle. SUSPECT DESCRIPTION: Male, light colored skin, 30 years, 6’0’’, 190 lbs., wearing a gray colored hooded sweatshirt, dark pants. SUSPECT VEHICLE DESCRIPTION: White newer model sedan with tinted windows. LOSS: Catalytic converter.

RESIDENTIAL BURGLARY

4-27-23, 5:00 PM to 4-28-23, 5:00 PM, 1600 block of Oxley. Suspect(s) gain entry into victim’s detached garage through unlocked doors. LOSS: Tools, miscellaneous personal belongings.

FRAUD

9-23-22, 12:00 AM to 12-6-22, 9:48 AM. Suspect(s) use victim’s personal information to open an account for a business loan. Suspect(s) then make multiple unauthorized withdrawals from victim’s bank account.

VEHICLE TAMPERING

4-10-23, 1:00 PM to 5-30-23, 2:00 PM, 1900 block of La Fremontia. ’05 GMC Yukon. Suspect(s) damage steering column and ignition of victim’s vehicle.

DUI

5-5-23, 10:39 PM, Fair Oaks/Columbia. Officers respond to a traffic collision and find suspect to be driving under the influence of alcohol. SUSPECT ARRESTED: Female, Asian, 31 years, Sunnyvale.

TRESPASSING

5-7-23, 9:23 AM to 9:24 AM, 700 block of Orange Grove Terrace. Suspect returns to victim’s property multiple times after being told to leave. SUSPECT DESCRIPTION: Male, Hispanic, 42 years.

VANDALISM

5-2-23, 9:57 PM, 100 block of Monterey. ’17 Subaru Forester. Suspect damages side view mirror on victim’s car. SUSPECT DESCRIPTION: Male, White, wearing black shorts.
