• 9-13-22, 10 PM to 9-14-22, 8:20 AM, 300 block of Monterey (Foremost Liquor). Suspect(s) cuts a hole in roof to gain entry. LOSS: Unknown.
CARJACKING

THEFT
• 9-19-22, 7:10 PM, 900 block of Fair Oaks (Starbucks). Suspect enters store and takes loss, then exits store with loss. LOSS: Tip jar. SUSPECT DESCRIPTION: Male, Black, 20 years, wearing black sweatshirt and black pants.
• 9-19-22, 8 AM, Fremont/Monterey. Suspects park next to victim’s truck and remove loss from the bed of victim’s truck. Suspects then drive away with loss. LOSS: Lawn mower. SUSPECT VEHICLE: Black, Ford. SUSPECTS DESCRIPTION: (2) Males, wearing all black clothing.
• 9-17-22, 9 PM to 9-18-22, 2:30 PM, 1200 block of Huntington. ’15, Toyota Prius. Suspect(s) cuts and removes loss from victim’s vehicle. LOSS: Catalytic converter.
• 9-17-22, 3 PM to 9-18-22, 11:50 AM, 2100 block of Huntington. ’10, Toyota Prius. Suspect(s) cuts and removes loss from victim’s vehicle. LOSS: Catalytic converter.
• 9-16-22, 9 PM to midnight, 1400 block of Mission. Suspect takes victim’s unattended loss. LOSS: Bag containing miscellaneous items. SUSPECT DESCRIPTION: Male, Black, wearing a white hat, white long sleeve shirt, tan pants and brown shoes.
• 9-15-22, to 9-16-22, 1800 block of State. Suspect takes loss from apartment complex mailbox. LOSS: Parcel package.
• 9-16-22, 4:22 PM, 1100 block of Fair Oaks (Vons). Suspect enters store and takes loss. Suspect then exits store without paying for loss. LOSS: Beer. SUSPECT ARRESTED: Male, White, 30 years, South Carolina.
• 9-13-22, 10 AM to noon, 1600 block of Fair Oaks (SP Middle School). Suspect(s) enter victim’s locker by unknown means and takes loss. LOSS: Cell phone.
• 9-16-22, 11 AM, 400 block of Fair Oaks (Ace Hardware). Suspect enters store and places loss inside a shopping cart. Suspect exits store through an emergency door without paying for loss. LOSS: Clothes and other items. SUSPECT VEHICLE: Silver, Mitsubishi Lancer. SUSPECT DESCRIPTION: Male, Hispanic, wearing a gray shirt and blue jeans.
• 9-10-22, 9:30 PM to 9-11-22, 4:45 PM, 700 block of Meridian. Suspect(s) takes unlocked loss. LOSS: Bicycle.
• 9-15-22, 8:45 AM, 900 block of Fair Oaks (Rite Aid). Suspect enters store and takes loss. Suspect then exits store without paying for loss. LOSS: Chapstick. SUSPECT DESCRIPTION: Male, Black, 30 years, wearing white cap, blue sweatshirt and black sweatpants.
• 9-15-22, 8 AM, 900 block of Fair Oaks (Rite Aid). Suspect enters store and takes loss. Suspect then exits store without paying for loss. LOSS: Razors. SUSPECT DESCRIPTION: Male, Black, 60 years, bald headed, wearing a gray shirt, khaki pants and carrying a gray backpack.
• 9-14-22, 3:30 PM, 900 block of Fair Oaks (Rite Aid). Suspect enters store and takes loss. Suspect then exits store without paying for loss. LOSS: Snacks. SUSPECT DESCRIPTION: Male, Hispanic, 30 years, wearing an orange vest, white shirt, and dark jeans.

• August 2022, Suspect(s) uses victim’s personal information to open several credit card accounts.
• 8-29-22, Suspect(s) gains access to victim’s bank account and makes an unauthorized withdrawal.
• 9-11-22, Suspect(s) makes an unauthorized withdrawal from victim’s bank account.
• 8-28-22 to 9-1-22, Victim mails check and suspect(s) gains check by unknown means. Suspect(s) alters check and cashes it.
VANDALISM
• 9-16-22, 4 PM, 1400 block of Mission. Suspect throws a brick at victim’s vehicle and smashes a window. SUSPECT ARRESTED: Male, White, 44 years, Hollywood.
• 9-15-22, 9 AM, 500 block of Fair Oaks. Suspect throws a metal pipe at victim’s building. SUSPECT ARRESTED: Male, White, 32 years, transient.
• 9-14-22, 1:40 PM, 1900 block of Fremont. Suspect throws a rock at victim’s residence cracking a window. SUSPECT ARRESTED: Male, Juvenile.
