”Success is almost totally dependent upon drive and persistence. The extra energy required to make another effort or try another approach is the secret of winning. ”
-Denis Waitley

If you are constantly using some of these “loser” phrases, you should unquestionably work on your Mindset. There is a reason why motivational speeches and quotes are so popular nowadays. No pain-No gain

”Winning is great, sure, but if you are really going to do something in life, the secret is learning how to lose. Nobody goes undefeated all the time. If you can pick up after a crushing defeat, and go on to win again, you are going to be a champion someday. ”
-Wilma Rudolph

Our natural talent and intelligence are something that makes us apart from the rest of the people but it’s not something on which we can rely. If we do not make enough effort to accomplish our purposes, it can be a trap. Regular training, learning, reading, researching, and other related things are made by people at the top of the world when it comes to success. Many sportsmen with exceptional talents have been forgotten because there is no memory of just talent but the title winner. Muhammed Ali once said: “I hated every minute of training, but I told myself, now strip and live the rest of my life as a champion. The commander becomes in the gym, not in the ring”. He is a real example of a person that has a Winning mindset.

Small steps to success

”Successful competition for me is always going out there and putting 100 percent into whatever I’m doing. It’s not always winning. People, I think, mistake that it’s just winning. Sometimes it could be, but for me, it’s hitting the best sets I can, gaining confidence, and having a good time and having fun”
– Simone Biles

We should all be orderly dressed and content every day. Also, we all have our morning habits and the way we prepare ourselves throughout the day.
We know that every day is a new opportunity and can be a fresh start, but do we really know how our brain functions and does our morning routine really readjust our body?
A healthy dream and healthy meals are the keys to prosperity. Our bodies need to be healthy, preserved and prepared. Only the fit body can be energised with positive energy and try hard enough for progress. Our bodies are our weapon. Let’s use it to be a winner and a successful man.

In any circumstance, we have to be very organised because it’s a reflection of the winner. Also, you cannot achieve everything you want immediately, but you can focus on a few. After accomplishing them, you’ll have the motivation to continue with your effort.

Winning attribute – take action

”I’ve missed more than 9000 shots in my career. I’ve lost almost 300 games. 26 times, I’ve been trusted to take the game winning shot and missed. I’ve failed over and over and over again in my life. And that is why I succeed. ”
-Michael Jordan

We should never declare to ourselves that we are inadequate or that we will not succeed. Life should be observed only positively and optimistically. I can do it and I want it. You should always consider all your ultimate goals, you cannot accomplish them all, but as I already said start with manageable steps and be tenacious. That’s the key to success. Always praise your progression and not the perfection. Parental control, their believes and attitudes have also an influence on us. No one was born as a winner, but by work, effort, and dedication to achieve it. We build our lives, we control them and make the decisions. It should be your own goals, not someone’s other.

Support system

“Choose to focus your time, energy and conversation around people who inspire you, support you and help you to grow you into your happiest, strongest, wisest self. “
-Karen Salmansohn

Don’t be afraid to ask for help. No matter is it a mentor, your closest friend or member of family. Keep in mind that it needs to be a person who can actually help and give an advice. Also, a person that will always tell you the truth, understand you and have absolute faith in you. Be careful while choosing the right person.
