    Recalled VNS Therapy SenTiva Generator
  • LivaNova Recalls VNS Therapy SenTiva Generator Due to Reset Error.

Pharmaceuticals/Drugs:

  • Aurobindo Pharma USA, Inc. Issues Voluntary Nationwide Recall of Mirtazapine Tablets Lot Number 03119002A3 Due to Label Error on Declared Strength.
  • Lannett Company is recalling two lots of Levetiracetam Oral Solution, which is used in the treatment of seizures. The product is contaminated with Bacillus subtilis, which could cause a severe infection in immunocompromised patients.

Auto:


    Recalled Subaru Vehicle
  • Subaru of America is recalling 51,613 model year 2019 Crosstreks, Foresters and Ascents. The aluminum Positive Crankcase Ventilation (PCV) valve can separate, allowing engine oil and components of the PCV valve into the combustion chamber, resulting in a loss of power while driving.
  • Subaru of America is recalling 76,842 model year 2019 Ascents. The transmission hydraulic sensor may inaccurately measure the hydraulic fluid pressure.
  • Daimler recalls 744,000 U.S. Mercedes-Benz vehicles for faulty sunroofs. The automaker said the bonding between the glass panel and the sliding room frame might not meet specifications and could lead to sunroofs detaching.
  • Bentley Motors is recalling 229 model year 2017-2018 Continental Supersports vehicles. The Power Assisted Steering (PAS) cooler pipe may be the incorrect size, allowing the cooler hose to detach and leak power steering fluid.

Motorcycle/Scooters:


    Recalled Harley Davidson
  • Harley-Davidson Motor Company is recalling 12,624 model year 2019-2020 FLHTCUTG, and FLRT Trike motorcycles. The Trike Traction Control System software may respond incorrectly to a faulty rear wheel speed signal by activating one of the rear brakes.
  • Arcimoto is recalling 25 model year 2019 FUV motorcycles. A component of the display board may short circuit causing the communication and display circuit boards to shut down.
  • Arcimoto is recalling 22 model year 2019 FUV motorcycles. The inverter broadcast may exceed its current limit, resulting in an unexpected battery shutdown.
  • Arcimoto is recalling 22 model year 2019 FUV motorcycles. The ignition switch is missing the word “Ignition” and the “Off” position is not labeled with the word “Off.”

Utility/Recreational Vehicles & Automotive Accessories:

  • Forest River recalls Rockwood and Flagstaff recreational trailers. The tire may contact the steel chassis outrigger, possibly resulting in tire failure.

Food, Beverage & Nutritional Supplements:

  • Limena, LLC Recalls “Salvadorean String Cheese (Quesillo Cheese)” Because of Possible Health Risk.
  • FiveStar Gourmet Foods is voluntarily recalling two fresh produce snack products, MiniMeal2Go-ProteinPack 8.25oz and MiniMeal2Go- AvocadoToast 6.75oz.
  • Whole Foods Market is recalling 365 Everyday Value Dark Chocolate Peppermint Sandwich Cremes and 365 Everyday Value Dark Chocolate Caramel Sea Salt Sandwich Cremes. The products may contain milk or tree nuts (coconut), allergens not declared on the label.
  • Dianne’s Fine Desserts Issues Allergy Alert on Undeclared Peanut Allergen in Product Sienna Turtle Brownie Item Number 8495241115 Lot Code 19198.
  • Meijer Recalls Diced Hard Boiled Eggs Due to Potential Health Risks Product Bought at Two Stores in Grand Rapids Affected.
  • Alli & Rose of Redlands, Calif., is recalling approximately 21,930 pounds of Salted Egg Fish Skins. The products, imported from Thailand were not presented for re-inspection upon being imported.
  • Recalled Salad
  • J&J Distributing Recalls Salad Products Due to Misbranding and Undeclared Allergens.
  • Kettle Cuisine Midco, LLC, Recalls Ready-To-Eat Soup Products due to Misbranding and Undeclared Allergens.
  • Cargill has recalled 39 one-pound bags of packaged Wilbur Dark Chocolate-covered Cashews over an undeclared wheat allergen.

Household Products:

  • Hallmark Marketing Company of Kansas City, Mo., is recalling about 4,500 frosted balsam jar candles. The glass jar can break when the candle is lit, posing fire and laceration hazards.

Industrial/Tools:

  • Bosch Thermotechnology is recalling about 170 Buderus GB125-35 oil-condensing boilers. The siphon can become blocked, leading to a delayed ignition that can damage the boiler’s exhaust system, creating a carbon monoxide hazard.
