Pharmaceuticals/Drugs:

Recalled Pills
• SD Import Issues Voluntary Nationwide Recall of Aphrodisiac Capsules Due to Presence of Undeclared Sildenafil.

Auto:

Recalled Ford F-Series Truck
• Ford again recalls F-Series trucks with engine block heaters. It’s a recall of a recall, this time for potentially damaged cable splice connectors.
• Nissan Rogue crossovers investigated for unexpected braking. 675,000 of them may have automatic emergency braking issue.
• Karma recalls model year 2012 Fisker Karmas. The passenger front airbag inflator may explode.
Recalled Porsche Car
• Porsche recalls model year 2018 vehicles with airbag issue. The side airbags may not deploy, increasing the risk of injury.
• Porsche recalls model year 2018 Panamera vehicles with possible drivability issue. Incorrect soldering of a control unit may result in the intermittent failure of various systems.

Motorcycle/Scooters:

Recalled Motorcycles
• Polaris Industries is expanding its earlier recall of model year 2018-2019 Slingshot motorcycles to include an additional 3,305 vehicles. The driver-seat and passenger-seat seat belt and seat back anchoring bracket may have been improperly welded.
• Triumph recalls model year 2019 Speed Twin motorcycles. Coolant may leak near the rear tire.
• Ivolution recalls IV2 HY808 helmets. The helmets may not adequately protect the wearer.
• KTM and Husqvarna Motorcycles Recall Motorcycles Due to Crash Hazard. The throttle can become stuck in the open position, posing a crash hazard to the rider.

Utility/Recreational Vehicles & Automotive Accessories:

Recalled Motorhome
• Forest River recalls model year 2019 Forest River Sabre trailers. The federal placard may incorrectly state the trailer’s axle capacity.
• KZRV recalls RV Sonic Lite, Sportsmen Classic and Escape recreational trailers. The cooktop’s flame may become inverted when the furnace is running.

Food, Beverage & Nutritional Supplements:

Recalled Tomato Sauce
• Conagra Brands is recalling a limited number of 6-oz. cans of Hunt’s Tomato Paste No Salt Added. After the canning process, the final product could have been damaged, creating the potential for mold.
• Great American Marketing Co. Recalls Meat and Poultry Wrap and Salad Products Due to Possible Listeria Monocytogenes Contamination.
Recalled Cut Melon
• Caito Foods, LLC Voluntarily Recalls Fresh Cut Melon Product Because of Possible Health Risk.
• Blount Fine Foods of Fall River, Mass., is recalling an undetermined amount of ready-to-eat chicken soup. The product contains milk, an allergen not declared on the label.
• J&J Snack Foods Handhelds recalls stuffed sandwiches. The products may be contaminated with foreign matter.
• Dehydrated Premium Mango recalled for undeclared sulfites.
• Brian Richardson dba “In Tha Pink” recalls Kopi Jantan Tradisional Natural Herbs Coffee. The product contains sildenafil and tadalafil, making it an unapproved drug.
Recalled Ground Beef
• JBS Plainwell, Inc. Recalls Ground Beef Products Due to Possible Foreign Matter Contamination.
• Yoakum Packing Co. Recalls Venison Sausage Products Due to Mislabeling.
• Denver Processing LLC Recalls Raw Pork and Beef Products Produced Without Benefit of Inspection.

Infant & Children Products:

• Fisher-Price Recalls Rock ‘n Play Sleepers Due to Reports of Deaths. Infant fatalities have occurred in Rock ‘n Play Sleepers, after the infants rolled from their back to their stomach or side while unrestrained, or under other circumstances.

Pet Food & Animal Products:

• The Thogersen Family Farm (Thogersen) is recalling several varieties of raw, ground pet food due to Listeria monocytogenes contamination.

Technology/Electronics:

Recalled Power Bank Chargers
• Professional Tool Products of Travelers Rest, S.C., is recalling about 5,000 Matco Tools wireless chargers sold in the U.S, and Canada. The chargers can overheat, posing a burn hazard.
• Marpac Recalls Sound Machines Due to Burn Hazard. The sound machine’s internal battery can leak and cause an electrical short, posing a burn hazard.
• Spector recalls power bank chargers. The charger can overheat while recharging, posing a fire hazard.

Sporting Equipment:

Recalled Bicycles with Steerer Tube Collar
• Specialized Recalls Bicycles with Steerer Tube Collars Due to Fall and Injury Hazards. The bicycle’s steerer tube collar can crack if exposed to corrosion resulting in sudden loss of steering control, posing fall and injury hazards to the rider.
• DICK’S Sporting Goods Recalls Hunters’ Tree Stands Due to Fall Hazard. The weld on the seats can break and cause the seat to fall from the tree, posing a fall hazard.

Miscellaneous:

• Vivitar recalls Hot/Cold Massage Balls. The balls can leak or rupture during or after microwaving, posing a burn hazard.
