How Ads.txt file works?

Ads.txt file works by creating a publicly accessible record of authorized sellers where advertisers can index and check if they wish to purchase inventory from that authorized sellers. Means buyers can crawl the publisher’s ads.txt file and check whether the advertising platforms that are they dealing with are in authorized sellers list or not.

For example, if company ABC wants to display the ads through any advertising platforms like Adsense on a website like royalecash.com. Then ABC Company will check that website (royalecash.com) ads.txt file. The file will display the authorized sellers who can display the ads on that website. So ABC Company can check whether their dealing advertising platform Adsense allowed displaying the ads in that royalecash.com website.
