We don't have many vegetables in the garden at the moment. There's just a little leftover beetroot that won't grow big, maybe we're not giving enough water in the summer heat. I rode by bike into Town yesterday. Murielle asked me to bring cucumbers, tomatoes and lemons. Sometimes we do buy vegetables in town. And then she created this beautiful and delicious Salad... We made the crackers ourselves from sesame, sunflower seeds and wild plants and spices - mixing and drying in the sun.
