According to the Guardian the winger nearly joined Dortmund on loan last season and could now be moving to Germany in the coming weeks.

The player’s representatives will talk to all interested parties before making a decision on his next move states Sheth, as there are other clubs from England interested in the Englishman.
According to the Guardian, Southampton and Leicester City are interested in Hudson-Odoi’s loan signing. This is because the Chelsea Star wants to continue his career with regular game time, after having been denied opportunities at Chelsea.
