Flagler Parade of Homes swept through Flagler County March 18-26th, 2017. With over 30 Parade entries, judges and visitors alike recognized Florida Green Construction as a dominant builder in Palm Coast, Florida. Florida Green Construction entry model Alisa at 24 Eastland Lane received the Grand Award in the category for homes between $250,000 base price to $375,000, in addition to the REALTOR’S Choice Award. 

These two Flagler Parade of Homes awards were granted based on the homes overall quality, appearance, uniqueness and design. The Grand Award is the highest in it’s category, while the REALTOR’s Choice award is bestowed to the home which embodies what local real estate agents support in selling to the community.

The Alisa is located in Cypress Knoll, Palm Coast- close to schools, shopping and the up and coming Town Center- and offers incredible Green Certifications.
