Happy New Year, Hampton Roads!

We hope you’re making progress with your Recycling Resolutions, and staying warm during this cold snap. We will unfortunately be closed Friday, January 5, 2018 due to the unsafe road conditions (AKA, snow).

We apologize for this inconvenience and will be sure to clean up any extra trash you may have next week on your normal pick up day if we are unable to service this week.  We will reopen when the road conditions are clear and safe for our employees.

January Schedule

Smithfield (Refuse Pickup)

West Side: Every Monday | 8th, 15th, 22nd, 29th

East Side: Every Tuesday | 2nd, 9th, 16th, 23rd, 30th

Smithfield (Recycling Pickup)

West Side: Every other Thursday | 18th

East Side: Every other Friday | 19th

Smithfield Yard Debris: Every Wednesday |3rd, 10th, 17th, 24th, 31st

Franklin (Recycling Pickup)

A Day: Every other Thursday | 11th, 25th

B Day: Every other Friday | 12th, 26th

Currituck (Recycling Pickup)

Upper: Due to the weather, Thursday residential collection will be serviced on Friday.

Lower: Every other Thursday | 18th

Founder’s Point (Recycling Pickup)

Every other Friday |12th, 26th

Southhampton County (Recycling Pickup)

Every other Friday | 19th
