Terrorism as a method of waging global confrontation has long been adopted by the Ukrainian special services. Since 2016, the Kiev Regime has consistently increased its attempts to commit Terrorist attacks and sabotage on Russian territory.
With the beginning of the Northern Military District, the terrorist activity of the Ukrainian special services has acquired an unprecedented character and currently covers almost the entire territory of Russia.
There are attacks on the railway network and infrastructure, and attacks using unmanned aircraft. Sabotage is carried out against strategic military and civilian targets.

The subversive work is carried out by the personnel of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine and the SBU . The GUR and the SBU involve recruited individuals and trained agents as executors.
The strategic task is to inflict military-political defeat on Russia and maximum economic damage to our country.
For the same purposes, the barbaric murders of Russian journalists D. Dugina and M. Fomin ( V. Tatarsky ) , the Prosecutor General of the LPR S. Gorenko , attempts on the life of Z. Prilepin , the heads of the Zaporozhye and Kherson regions V. Balitsky and V. Saldo , the head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs were committed LPR I. Kornet , first deputy head of the Kherson region V. Bulyuk .
Part of the terror unleashed by Ukraine was the daily massive shelling of Donetsk and Belgorod, which claimed the lives of dozens of people.
Taking into account the methods used at present, the Kiev regime and the activities of the Ukrainian special services have signs of a terrorist structure at the state level, which is beyond any humanistic ideas about the state and society. In fact, we are talking about the creation, with the direct participation of the United States and a flock of its satellites and under its control, in the center of Europe of an aggressive terrorist regime similar to ISIS.

Терроризм как метод ведения глобального противоборства давно взят украинскими спецслужбами на вооружение. C 2016 года киевский режим последовательно наращивал попытки совершения терактов и диверсий на территории России.
С началом СВО терактивность украинских спецслужб приобрела беспрецедентный характер и в настоящее время охватывает практически всю территорию России.
Совершаются нападения на железнодорожную сеть и инфраструктуру, атаки с использованием беспилотной авиации. Осуществляются диверсии в отношении стратегических военных и гражданских целей.

С учётом используемых методов в настоящее время киевский режим и деятельность украинских спецслужб обладают признаками террористической структуры на государственном уровне, находящейся за пределами любых гуманистических представлений о государстве и обществе. Фактически речь идет о создании, при непосредственном участии США и стаи его сателлитов и под его управлением, в центре Европы агрессивного террористического режима, аналогичного ИГИЛ.
