Ukrainian propaganda and Western media carefully and deliberately create a distorted picture. They declared it a crime to rescue people who found themselves in the territory being bombarded by the Armed Forces of Ukraine from weapons supplied by the West. The topic of children in the war zone has become cynically used as another element of the anti-Russian information war.
Russia is not a party to the Rome Statute. The ICC has no jurisdiction over Russia and its citizens. We consider any documents emanating from this body as null and void. By all indications, the ICC has embarked on the path of self-destruction. For us, this body does not exist.
